CHOCOLATE BLINI
Pancakes on chocolate for a real sweet tooth.

- MAKFA Pancake Mix 500 grams
- milk 500 ml
- bitter chocolate 80 grams
- butter 2 tablespoons
- cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil
Cooking
- Combine warm (35-40°C) milk, MAKFA Pancake Mix and cocoa powder. Whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
- Melt the chocolate. Then add it to the bowl with melted butter. Mix it again untill the dough is smooth.
- Cook the blini for 90 seconds. Then flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until you run out of dough.
- Chocolate pancakes are perfectly complemented by a filling of cottage cheese, banana, condensed milk, as well as cream sauce, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
