MYSTERIOUS BLACK BLINI
Delicious black pancakes with caviar or jam.

- MAKFA Pancake Mix 1 cup
- milk 1 cup
- cuttlefish ink 4 grams
- butter 60 grams
- vegetable/olive oil 30ml
- red caviar
- sour cream
- red berries jam
Cooking
- Combine warm (35-40°C) milk, soften butter and cuttlefish ink in a bowl. Then add MAKFA Pancake Mix and whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
- Add vegetable/olive oil, mix it again and let it rest.
- Cook the blini for 90 seconds. Then flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until you run out of dough.
- Use sour cream as you main painting instrument — just follow your imagination.
- Use caviar and jam to brightly decorate different pancakes.
