BANANA PANCAKE PIE
A layered blini pie with bananas and sour cream.

- MAKFA Pancake Mix 500 grams
- milk/water 800-900 ml
- vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- 4 bananas
- sour cream 350 grams
- powdered sugar
- cocoa
Cooking
- Combine MAKFA Pancake Mix with warm water or milk (35-40°C).
- Mix thoroughly with a whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough and bake the pancakes in a well-heated pan: cook for 90 seconds, then flip and cook for another 60 seconds.
- Peel the ripe bananas and cut into thin slices, mix the sour cream with powdered sugar and whisk with a mixer.
- Assemble the pancake pie: put the cooled pancake on a plate, smear it with sour cream, put the banana slices on top and cover with the next pancake. Continue until the pancakes run out.
- Grease the top layer of the pancake pie with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
- Let the pie soak for an hour and serve.
