PANCAKE FISH PIE
A layered pie made of blini and salmon with sour cream.
50 minIngredients
- MAKFA Pancake Mix 500 grams
- lightly salted salmon 300 grams
- soft curd cheese 200 grams
- sour cream 100 grams
- butter 50 grams
- fresh herbs
- milk
- 1/2 of lemon
- red caviar
Cooking
- Add milk to MAKFA Pancake Mix and bake the pancakes: cook the blini for 90 seconds. Carefully lift up an edge of the blini to see if it's fully cooked: the edges will be golden and it should have brown spots on the surface. Flip the blini over and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until you run out of mix.
- Cut the fish into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Finely chop fresh herbs, combine with cottage cheese and sour cream.
- Cover a Large dish with foil and assemble the pancake pie in layers: warm the pancake with butter, then cheese cream, then put a few slices of red fish and cover with the next pancake.
- Wrap the collected pie in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. During this time, the layers will become saturated and join together.
- Decorate the finished pie with red caviar and serve it to the table.
