Russian pancakes with pumpkin and cinnamon.

- MAKFA Pancake Mix 250 grams
- milk 250 ml
- pumpkin 400 grams
- vanilla extract to taste
- cinnamon
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Cooking
- Combine warm (35-40°C) milk, MAKFA Pancake Mix, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pepper. Whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
- Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, add to the dough and grind the resulting mass in a blender until puree.
- Cook the blini on a pancake pan until ready. Preferable timing is 90 seconds for one side and 60 more for another, but you should test and correct it for your exact dough mix.
- Ready-made pancakes can be served with honey, whipped cream, condensed milk or sour cream.
