Russian pancakes with pumpkin and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • MAKFA Pancake Mix 250 grams
  • milk 250 ml
  • pumpkin 400 grams
  • vanilla extract to taste
  • cinnamon
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Cooking

  1. Combine warm (35-40°C) milk, MAKFA Pancake Mix, vanilla extract, cinnamon, pepper. Whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
  2. Grate the pumpkin on a fine grater, add to the dough and grind the resulting mass in a blender until puree.
  3. Cook the blini on a pancake pan until ready. Preferable timing is 90 seconds for one side and 60 more for another, but you should test and correct it for your exact dough mix.
  4. Ready-made pancakes can be served with honey, whipped cream, condensed milk or sour cream.
