CHOCOLATE BLINI

Pancakes on chocolate for a real sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • MAKFA Pancake Mix 500 grams
  • milk 500 ml
  • bitter chocolate 80 grams
  • butter 2 tablespoons
  • cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
  • vegetable oil

Cooking

  1. Combine warm (35-40°C) milk, MAKFA Pancake Mix and cocoa powder. Whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
  2. Melt the chocolate. Then add it to the bowl with melted butter. Mix it again untill the dough is smooth.
  3. Cook the blini for 90 seconds. Then flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat until you run out of dough.
  4. Chocolate pancakes are perfectly complemented by a filling of cottage cheese, banana, condensed milk, as well as cream sauce, whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
