BANANA PANCAKE PIE

A layered blini pie with bananas and sour cream.

Ingredients

  • MAKFA Pancake Mix 500 grams
  • milk/water 800-900 ml
  • vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • 4 bananas
  • sour cream 350 grams
  • powdered sugar
  • cocoa

Cooking

  1. Combine MAKFA Pancake Mix with warm water or milk (35-40°C).
  2. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until the lumps disappear, the consistency of the dough should resemble liquid sour cream.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough and bake the pancakes in a well-heated pan: cook for 90 seconds, then flip and cook for another 60 seconds.
  4. Peel the ripe bananas and cut into thin slices, mix the sour cream with powdered sugar and whisk with a mixer.
  5. Assemble the pancake pie: put the cooled pancake on a plate, smear it with sour cream, put the banana slices on top and cover with the next pancake. Continue until the pancakes run out.
  6. Grease the top layer of the pancake pie with cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
  7. Let the pie soak for an hour and serve.
